Pop Rock and Jazz Funksters, Level 42 are confirmed to support Status Quo on the Main Stage at GuilFest 2010. Famed for their incredible musicianship, Level 42 took the 80s by storm with their brand of bass driven jazz funk that came from the underground soul scene of wedge hair cuts, pegged trousers, sharp shoes and soul patrols. They led a band of UK ‘funk and soul acts that for a time changed the face of the street scene in Britain , dovetailing with the start of the commercial New Romantic movement , Two Tone and the dying embers of punk. The bands chart record speaks for itself, with 6 of their 11 studio albums hitting the UK top ten, and a massive twenty UK top 40 singles – including classics such as “Something About You” and “Lessons In Love”. The bands live performances are world renowned, with lead vocalist and bass guitarist Mark King's distinctive audience grabbing vocal style and unique slap bass style. Level 42 will no doubt put on a fantastic show at their first ever performance in Stoke Park.

English Art Rockers, 10cc will be taking to the Main Stage at GuilFest 2010 for the first time on Sunday 18th July. A British Institution, since 1973 10cc have sold a whopping 15 million records in the UK and over 30 million worldwide, releasing 11 studio albums (5 of which hitting the UK top ten). The band are best known for their enormous hits “Things we do for love”, “Rubber Bullets”, “I'm not in love”, and reggae classic “Dreadlock Holiday” - The last three of these all hitting the Number 1 spot in the UK charts! GuilFest organisers are delighted to welcome this fantastic act to Stoke Park for the first time.

Traditional English eccentricity at its very best, punk-pop outfit The Blockheads will be performing on the Main Stage, also on Sunday 18th July. Since releasing their platinum selling album “New Boots and Panties” back in 1977 with the late Ian Drury, The Blockheads have been a regular feature of the UK charts with their own unique brand of satirical ska punk. A legendary live show that's sure not to disappoint, The Blockheads will be performing some of their greatest tunes such as “Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick”, “Reasons to be Cheerful pt3” and seminal rock and roll anthem “Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll”. Having recorded with such legends as Sir Paul McCartney, Robbie Williams and Sinead O'Connor, and cited as a major influence by Jamie T and Lily Allen, the band have a true pedigree as a one of the greatest live bands the UK has ever produced. Don't miss them this year at GuilFest 2010.

The Blackout return to GuilFest to headline the ROCKSOUND Cave on Saturday 17th July 2010. The Post-hardcore rockers have toured the world since their their last appearance at the festival back in 2008, becoming one of only three unsigned bands ever to sell out the London Astoria and winning best Unsigned Band in the Kerrang Readers Polls of the same year. Since then, the band have signed to rock label Epitaph and achieved 2 number 1 singles in the UK rock and UK indie charts, with “Children of the Night” and “Save Our Selves”. This band are guaranteed to have the ROCKSOUND cave going nuts on Saturday night at GuilFest.
